Not one question — one data set

ESG data is no longer only for the report; it is asked for in credit, in tenders, in customer contracts and in incentive applications. Different frameworks want the same figure in a different format, at a different boundary, with a different level of evidence.

Are you in scope?
01

Do you exceed the TSRS thresholds?

Exceeding at least two of total assets of 1 billion TL, net sales of 2 billion TL and 500 employees in two consecutive periods brings you into TSRS scope.

02

Out of scope, but inside a supply chain?

Customers and banks that are in scope ask for ESG metrics as a contract and credit condition; the data request travels along the chain regardless of any threshold.

03

Do you sell into the EU market?

Buyers under CSRD/ESRS want value-chain data in a standard format; missing data is a direct loss of points in supplier assessment.

How it is required

The annual reporting cycle runs alongside the financial calendar: data is collected through the year, consolidated at period end, and put forward for assurance.

What is required
  • Double materiality assessment — evaluating impact and financial materiality
  • Metric set — mapped to the frameworks, with no duplicated indicators
  • Data governance — ownership, approval flow and evidence archive
  • Targets and action plan — short / medium / long term
  • Assurance — data ready for independent audit and traceable to its source
The cost of non-compliance

A disclosure that is incomplete or cannot be verified means an audit finding, a risk premium in investor and credit processes, and removal from tender and supplier lists. An unfounded claim — greenwashing — carries reputational and enforcement risk on top.

What is coming
  • TSRS mandatory reporting periods
  • 1 January 2027 updated TSRS 2 rules
  • CSRD/ESRS value-chain requests
  • Annual CDP and benchmark cycles

Why it helps

Every metric you report, in one interoperable hub.

An integrated system that accelerates your data flow, internal control and audit processes, with interlinked ESG metrics formulated from ISSB-IFRS S1 & S2 (SASB sector metrics), CSRD-ESRS and many other standards.

A KPI-linked, SDG-related target library lets you take targets from the library or define your own, and track the actions behind them.

Over 7,000 ESG metrics and 150 sustainability targets, available from day one.

What it does

Collect and consolidate at once

Metrics arrive from every location while the consolidated report is prepared at the same time, rather than in a separate reconciliation pass.

Peer benchmarking

Track where you stand across ESG performance metrics against comparable companies.

Data arrives from the source

It integrates with your ERP and other corporate systems. Across a great many fields nobody keys anything in — consumption, production and procurement figures flow from where they are produced. A connection set up once runs itself every period.

Your auditor works inside the system

Open a seat for your independent assurance provider and verification happens right beside the data and its evidence. No files leave the platform, and who approved what, and when, stays on the record.

See it on your own data

A short walkthrough with someone who knows the standards — no slide deck.
